DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?
Unfortunately in order for us to provide workers compensation, we are not able to deliver.
DO YOU HAVE GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS?
We occasionally provide gluten-sensitive options in our case (Macarons). Since our kitchen is so small we advise those with Celiac to be cautious. Don’t see anything in our case? Order some!
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
Sunday & Monday: Closed
Tuesday-Friday: 7am - 6 pm
Saturday: 10am - 2 pm.
WHAT KIND OF INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE?
We use fresh ingredients to make everything from scratch because we believe that special treats must be of great quality. You deserve nothing less! Lots of real butter, eggs, and sugar.
WHAT IS YOUR ALLERGY INFORMATION?
At the time, our facilities are not allergen-free. We can make allergen-free items, but they will be prepared on surfaces that have been in contact with nut, soy, wheat, etc. products.
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE VARIOUS DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
We are happy to accommodate for dietary restrictions. Please request when ordering!
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
Please order at least 2 weeks in advance. However, don't hesitate to inquire if this time frame has passed. We may still be able to take your order.
What kind of icing do you use?
All of our cakes and cupcakes are topped with Samantha's Swiss-Meringue Buttercream icing. We also use cream cheese icing for certain cake flavors! We do not use fondant icing to cover cakes because we believe the taste of buttercream is way better than fondant!
HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
If you wish to pay with a credit/debit card, we will send an invoice once you have placed your order. We also accept cash or check. We require a 50% deposit upon ordering and the rest be paid before or at pick-up/delivery.
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY GOODIES?
Cakes and cupcakes iced in buttercream do not need refrigeration if they will be served the same day; otherwise, refrigerate and then serve at room temperature (allow several hours for this).
Cakes with cream cheese icing must be refrigerated. Cookies can be stored at room temperature in an air-tight container. Pies must be refrigerated. Macarons must be refrigerated and are best served at room temperature.
